2. The shop

Rivo Sports House sells sports jerseys, kits and apparel. All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and we aim to keep them accurate, but minor differences in colour or design are possible.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order does not guarantee availability; we confirm each order by WhatsApp before delivery. Payment is normally collected on delivery or through an agreed channel. A confirmed order creates a binding agreement to pay the total shown.

4. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, access accounts you do not own, or copy content for commercial resale without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text and layout of this website belong to Rivo Sports House. Club names, crests and logos shown in product listings are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays outside our control. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
